In
accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the
Republic of Indonesia Number M. HH-01.GR-01.06 year 12 January 2010, foreigners
from 62 countries and 1 region are eligible to apply for Visa on Arrival (VOA).
This
visa can be obtained directly when you arrive at certain airports and ports in
Indonesia, regardless of the purpose of your visit (Business, Tourist,
Socio-Culture).
Visa
on Arrival is not a work visa or visit visa. Therefore, it cannot be extended
or converted to another immigration permit. Maximum stay permitted for thirty
(30) days and can be extended (once) maximum for thirty (30) days with
permission from Indonesian Immigration, only under the following circumstances:
a natural disaster occurs at a place visited by tourists; a tourist experiences
illness or accident during his visit.
